John
J. Martin served
as a Director of Old HPI from its inception
in September 2004 until its merger with
Equitex (now Hydrogen Power) in March 2006.
Since 1998, he has been an Engineering Manager
with URS Corporation, a world-renowned architectural/engineering
firm that services long-term contracts with
the Federal Government and the U.S. Defense
Department. Mr. Martin is a registered Engineer
in the State of Washington and is a graduate
of Yale University.
James
H. Diffendorfer has
been an Engineer and Operations Manual Editor
at the Boeing Company in Seattle, Washington
since 1996. He was a Director of Old HPI
from its inception in September 2004 until
its merger with Equitex (now Hydrogen Power)
in March 2006. Mr. Diffendorfer graduated
from the U.S. Air Force Academy with a B.
S. degree in Engineering and has a degree
in Astronautical Engineering from the U.S.
Air Force Institute of Technology. He earned
his MBA from the New Mexico Highlands University.
Virendra
Chaudhary has
been an Associate Technical Fellow, Mathematics
and Engineering, with the Boeing Company
since January 1997. Prior to that, he served
in various capacities with Boeing beginning
in May 1985. He received a B. Tech degree
in Civil Engineering at the Indian Institute
of Technology in Kampur, India, and M.S.C.E.
and PhD degrees in Structural Engineering
from West Virginia University in Morgantown,
West Virginia.
Gurinder
Dilawari has
served as a Consultant for Vibgyor Investments
Inc., a Vancouver, B. C. consulting firm
specializing in assisting small businesses
in retail sales and mechanical engineering
since September 2004. From 1995 to August
2004, Mr. Dilawari worked with Imperial
Oil in North Vancouver, British Columbia.
Mr. Dilawari received a degree in Mechanical
Engineering from IndoSwiss in India.
